The Serenity Centre opened in February 2020 in the beautiful Town of Lake Cowichan. You can leave your stress at the door when you walk in our bright and airy studio.
We welcome locals, seasonal residents and short term visitors.
Our instructor Ross Johnston offers a variety of class levels in Hatha and Yin Yoga. Please click on the Class Descriptions page to see what level is best suited to you.
When is the best time to practice in your busy life? We have morning, afternoon and evening classes available. Please click on the Schedule page to see when works for you.
Want to try one class, or come everyday for a week; you can. We have different packages available depending on how often you want to enjoy a class. Please click on the Price List page to see the options available.
Drop in or Reserve
If you wake up and decide "hey I could use some yoga today" you are welcome to drop in for a class... or if you want to play it safe and make sure there is space, you can reserve for a class up to 15 minutes before start time. Please click on the Reservations page to reserve your spot.

Starting in August 2022, we will be offering workshops for individuals that want to advance their yoga training and count towards RYT-300 hour certification. Others wishing to simply deepen their understanding of yoga are also welcome. Please click on our Workshops page for more information.
Yoga unites the mind, body and soul in a way that eases tension and promotes health. Regular practice improves breathing , increases endurance for other activities, and promotes mindfulness. Take a break from your day. Focus yourself and find clarity.
