Sun, moon, breath, movement and self awareness. Whole body workout; for a novice or better. Classes will include warrior poses, on hands and knees, balancing, cardio, deep twists, deep arches and forward bends.
Hatha Light Yoga
Sun, moon, breath, movement and self awareness. Chair available if needed; for a beginner, a senior or someone with injuries. Will include working the neck, shoulders, arms, hands, abdomen, legs and feet. Varying poses to allow for different levels of cardio and strengthening.
The quieter aspect of Yoga. Practiced to introduce us to the possibility of physical, emotional and mental equilibrium. This class will include standing, sitting on the floor and lying on your front and backside.
